Room available from 28 januari to 16 May .(Or better: 6 months).- One bench / bed 1& 2 person.- One 2-person bed. (1.80)- Desk with monitor / T.V. - 6p eating-Table. - Plenty of storage-space.- Shower with washing table and mirror.- Toilet- Separate sleeping chamber- Open kitchen with dining table- Living room (Can be separated with curtain)- Garden You will have you're own space and kitchen. (small modular bedroom, kitchen, and living room)You will share the house with two working men. So we are looking for a peaceful and serious roommate. Who on working days has a normal rhythm, as we go to bed at 22 pm - 23 pm and stand up at 5/6. So preferably working, PHD or here for writing your master thesis.While we are serious, we are also social and we still enjoy the city and night live too. We love music and art. (Guitar and DJ). So artists are welcome.We grew up in Enschede. So we would enjoy to show the city and share the fun togetherThe house is within the singel and very close to the centre and alpha-tower. The room / studio has a very nice view to the east and west. So prepare to see a sunrise and a sunset every day.Part of the garden will be shared (and can be used for your bike).
